My Story

Ever since I was a little girl, fitness has been my playground. I ran endless miles in cross country races, played basketball, volleyball, handball, and even competed in professional women’s football. Sports were my world—but between 18 and 25, life slowed me down, and I drifted away from the active lifestyle I loved.

One day, frustrated with how I felt in my own body, I laced up my running shoes again… even as a smoker. That first run was brutal—but also electric. It woke something in me. I quit smoking, started running consistently, and felt stronger—but the lean, toned physique I dreamed of still eluded me.

With a friend’s encouragement, I stepped into the gym and discovered the transformative power of weight training. Slowly but surely, my body changed, my strength grew, and my passion for fitness ignited like never before.

Now, I help others uncover that same power. I guide people to build strength, confidence, and a body they’re proud of—because the feeling of owning your fitness journey? There’s nothing like it.
