I specialise in functional fitness—training that improves how you move, feel, and perform every day, not just in the gym. You’ll learn how to train safely and effectively, build strength that lasts, and develop habits you can actually stick to. I also provide practical nutrition support to help you reach your goals and maintain them long term.

Book a trial session using the button below.
Attend the session. During the session we will talk about your fitness history and goals and I will also ask about your nutrition habits. You will be required to do a short “test” workout to help me understand more about your fitness level.
After the trial session I will brief you on how I would go about working with you in order to achieve your goals.
You will have the option to book your next session, start on a 3 month program or to simply go home and think about how to proceed.
