About Me

I specialise in functional fitness—training that improves how you move, feel, and perform every day, not just in the gym. You’ll learn how to train safely and effectively, build strength that lasts, and develop habits you can actually stick to. I also provide practical nutrition support to help you reach your goals and maintain them long term.

My approach is simple: evidence-based training, honest guidance, and sustainable results.

Online Coaching

It’s NOT just a random training plan. It’s a fully personalised and structured training program that I personally design to each of my clients based on their fitness goals and needs.

Personal Training

A more personal approach to your training. I will help you get stronger, and move better with clear structure and accountability.

    *This service is free for everyone who does two or more sessions with me per week. For other this service is offered at a discounted rate.

  • Sessions take place in Erith in a private gym.

    • Book a trial session using the button below.

    • Attend the session. During the session we will talk about your fitness history and goals and I will also ask about your nutrition habits. You will be required to do a short “test” workout to help me understand more about your fitness level.

    • After the trial session I will brief you on how I would go about working with you in order to achieve your goals.

    • You will have the option to book your next session, start on a 3 month program or to simply go home and think about how to proceed.

  • Single 1 hour sessions are £40/session.

  • Depending on the service you’re interested in, we’ll begin with either a video consultation or an in-person trial session. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any limitations you may have.

    It’s also a great opportunity for you to get to know me, ask questions, and see how I coach, whether that’s through a video call or in person. Finding the right coach is important, and this initial session helps us both determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.

    The information gathered during this consultation allows me to create a personalised training plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

  • What sets me apart from many coaches is that I focus on education, not just instruction.

    Anyone can give you a workout plan or a meal plan, but my goal is to help you understand the principles behind what you’re doing. I want to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to look after your health and fitness for life.

    I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in building sustainable habits, mastering proper technique, and creating a lifestyle that delivers lasting results.

  • For in-person training, everything you need will be provided. Sessions take place in a private gym in Erith, with access to a wide range of equipment to support your training.

    For online coaching, the equipment you’ll need will largely depend on your fitness goals. For example, if your goal is to build strength, you’ll generally need access to weights and resistance equipment. However, if your goal is to improve general fitness, lose weight, or stay active, much less equipment may be required.

    Whether you train at home or in a gym, I will design your programme around the equipment you have available and help you get the most from it.

  • Every client I work with is different, which is why every programme I create is tailored to the individual. I don’t believe in generic, one-size-fits-all training plans. Your goals, experience, lifestyle, strengths, limitations, and preferences are all taken into account when designing your programme.

    Whether you’re training with me in person or online, I carefully plan every aspect of your training, from the warm-up through to the main workout and recovery work, ensuring it is appropriate for you and your goals.

    My role is to coach you, teach you proper technique, support you when things get challenging, and celebrate your achievements along the way. I’ll encourage you, hold you accountable, and help you build confidence in your abilities. What I won’t do is treat you like you’re incapable. I believe in setting high standards, helping you take ownership of your progress, and empowering you to become stronger, fitter, and more independent over time.
